Why Yoga Teacher Training Can Change Your Life
Yoga was just one of those activities that I started doing years ago, along with many other people who thought this new workout craze was worthwhile.
I gave it a shot and loved it, though not entirely because I didn't keep up with it. I did, however, maintain yoga in my pocket all the time as a new talent that I had picked up and would return to with spurts of practice here and there.
Despite not practicing yoga for months at a time, it was pleasant to return to something that my body was comfortable with, and I could pick up and grow my practice more each time follow to find out more.
Does this ring a bell? Perhaps you, too, began practicing yoga but then abandoned it. Or maybe you're a regular, like me, who practices a couple of times a week.
Regardless of how advanced or advanced your yoga practice is, you may have considered attending yoga instructor training because you believe it would be fun to teach some courses on the side, or you may have no intention of ever converting a yoga lecturer, so why bother?
Let me be the first to tell you that yoga teacher training (abbreviated as YTT) entails far more than merely practicing yoga. The entire experience will test you in ways you never imagined, and it will become a memorable period in your life from which you will benefit greatly.
If that piques your curiosity in the least, keep reading as I give you the lowdown on YTT and what you can expect (and look for) in a YTT course.
